  1. What was your biggest personal profit? What did you learn for yourself?
    •  „Entire coaching session is very close to me as this is my job as an HR. Every day I encounter people whom I share my experience and listen to. So this is a powerful tool.“
    • „Even though many of the things in coaching we follow, it was not systematic/no proper process which we learned.“
    • „While looking for solutions to the problems I encountered in my private and professional life, I learned how to develop a technical behavior.“

    How will you use it in your professional context?

    • „Johari window is my favorite. GROW module with set of questions will be guiding point for me in coaching process.“
    • „Consciously put to use to ensure not to provide solutions but to drive my coachee to find solutions which will surely help them!!“
    • „Learning to be a good coach by doing research, reading and practice. I will use the methods I learned to deal with the issues I will encounter in professional life.“
    • „I plan to provide a few coaching sessions in nearest time to fix the status.“
    • „Practice all the concepts learnt with my colleagues.“
    • „I will use these tools in my family, being single parent in everyday life is not so easy sometimes. When changes occurs focusing on a technique can be very useful.
